She offers reasonable rates, as she believes that counselling needs to be accessible to all. The rates are now offered on a sliding scale. This means that dependent on your financial situation will depend on the fee that you pay. Unfortunately bulk billing is not available to all as it is not a sustainable option for a viable business. I have started this business because I know what it is like to feel alone and that no one understands. I have a lot of work and life experience that I bring to my role. I am also a down to earth person that often pulls no punches. However in saying that I am kind and considerate and my aim is to help not hinder or make matters worse.
